3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by PSD Renovations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on changes to scope, unforeseen conditions, or material selections made during the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to secure project scheduling, with progress payments tied to project milestones and a final payment upon substantial completion.

5. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope after the contract is signed must be requested in writing. Change orders will be priced and approved before additional work is performed.

6. Warranties

PSD Renovations stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a warranty on our work as specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the homeowner as provided by the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

PSD Renovations' liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
